Here are three easy juicer recipes that you and your family will be sure to enjoy as well as reap the health benefits from. These healthy juicer recipes can be consumed straight from the juicer, blended with ice and low fat yogurt for a delicious smoothie, or frozen in to popsicles.

The first recipe is the tropical blend and will wake up your taste buds. You will need the following ingredients:

-three ripe bananas (not overly ripe)
– one pineapple
-one papaya
-three mangoes
-four mandarin oranges
-four tangerines
-two coconuts
-three guavas
-three Bartlett pears.

Follow the instructions for your juicer to extract the juice from the fruits listed. Different models vary in the way they are used. If your juicer does not blend the juices automatically, you will need to combine the extracted juice in a large pitcher and stir vigorously until well blended.

The next recipe is the orchard blend, the instructions are the same as for the previous recipe. You will the following ingredients:

-two Macintosh apples
-two gala apples
-two golden delicious apples
-four yellow cling peaches
-four Bartlett pears
-six apricots
-six nectarines
– a hand full of Bing cherries pitted
-four large plumbs of the dark purple variety.

This orchard blend is sure to take you back to the long summer days playing in the farmyard.

The third recipe is the berry patch blast. The instructions are the same as for the first recipe. You will need the following ingredients:

– two pints of fresh strawberries
– three pints of fresh blueberries
– two pints of fresh raspberries
-one pint of fresh boysenberries
-one pint of fresh blackberries
-three Bartlett pears for texture.

This blend is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

All the recipes listed above can be divided in one pint containers, frozen, and thawed for later use. Most of the ingredients can be found at the supermarket year round except for the berries. In the summer when the berries are easy to find you can make a large amount of the “berry patch blast” and freeze it. You will be able to enjoy it year round by thawing under warm water. These are fruit based blends, but you can also make healthy vegetable juicer recipes. When filling containers for freezing do not fill completely to allow for expansion during the freezing process. All recipes are full of essential vitamins that your body needs.

Sounds healthy, but is it? Goji juice is made from goji berries, which are small red berries that grow in the Himalayan mountains. Like many natural fruits and berries, goji is packed with vitamins and nutrients that the body needs. They are recognized as being the key to a long and happy life in their native country. Although tiny, these berries offer great health benefits for the people who eat and drink them.

The benefits of goji juices are plentiful and include regulating different levels within the body. Goji juice contains antioxidants and beta-sitosterol, which help to lower cholesterol levels and prevent them from clogging the arteries. In addition, goji contains flavonoids that keep the arteries clear and functioning properly. Not only do goji juices help to lower cholesterol levels, but the polysaccharides in goji maintain the balance between blood sugar and insulin, as well as maintain blood pressure levels.

Perhaps one of the most important benefits of goji juice is that it reduces the risk of cancer and other genetic mutations. Goji repairs damaged DNA and also controls the perioxidation of lipids. It boosts the immune system by enhancing the immune cells to work harder. And for those who suffer from inflammation or joint problems, goji relieves the pain and tenderness in these joints and tissues.

The nutrients in goji juice are not just working on the inside of the body however. Goji is also responsible for making people look and feel younger. The polysaccharides and antioxidants in goji delay the aging process and supports the body in fighting off the effects of aging. Drinking goji juice also stimulates the human growth hormone, which helps to restore youthfulness.

Finally, goji juice is used to fight off fatigue, especially when sick or recovering from an illness. The nutrients in goji promote stamina and energy, which encourage people to exercise and be more active. In turn, people who drink goji juice report that they sleep much better at night. This is partly because they are keeping active during the day, and partly because goji has natural properties that allow the body to relax and sleep better.

There is a lot of hype surrounding the benefits of the acai berry as well as the acai berry juice it provides us. The main focus falls on the antioxidant activity that the acai berry provides. Acai juice is possibly the most recognized form and it is made by soaking the seeds in water and then straining them. The result is a dense purple color liquid that is very strong in taste.

Proven by scientific research, acai berry juice provides a wide variety of benefits. There are many minerals that we need in our daily diet that reside in the acai fruit juice. These include potassium, copper and manganese.

Possibly the largest benefit, however, is seen in the ability to control free radicals by neutralizing them. Free radicals can be potentially harmful to our bodies. Anthocyanins are the antioxidants which make red wine so appealing to people and provide a neutralizer for those who consume a lot of nicotine, coffee, white flour, sugar, etc. These are typically items that cause an increased rate of heart disease. Studies have shown that the French have been “saved” by the red wine grape. In comparison, the acai berry, which makes acai juices, has significantly larger quantities of anthocyanin.

Organs benefit from the neutralization because they help them maintain a healthy function. Acai includes anthocyanins such as cyanidin-3-gluoside-coumarate and cyanidin-3-gluoside. It also includes compounds that are found in green tea.

Acai juices are also known for helping fight some cancerous cells in the body. Those people who have a family background of cancer can make it a healthy option to drink acai fruit juice on a regular basis.

Because the juice contains glucosamine, which is builds up celadrin and gristle, it can help provide cushion for joints and support membranes as well. It also contains a large amount of calcium which helps strengthen bones which, in turn, helps prevent fractures.

Other common benefits include coating the lining of the uterus for women who have extreme swelling and cramps during their menstrual cycle as well as coating the stomach. The appearance of aging is also helped by the acai berry. The strong combination of antioxidants and proteins helps keep cells functioning properly.

In addition, it can improve your immune system, allow muscles to heal, control hunger, promote good sexual health and give you more energy. The benefits listed here are just some of the many wonderful benefits we see from acai juice.
